National Army Museum - Chelsea, England
This Waterloo Diorama is th oldest we are aware of.   It was created originally by Captain Siborne based on interviews and personal observations at the site.   The size of the exhibit is 400 sq. feet and it involves 75,000 figures each 7 mm high.   It is constructed of plaster overlaid by fabric.

Minature World - Victoria, B.C., Canada
This Waterloo Diorama is only 6 X 6 ft. and the figures are 54 mm high.   The display features an attack against Hugoumont and it is not very authentic, which is interesting because the remainder of their displays are excellently done.
